Access Paratransit is excited about two technology projects that will provide you with better service and information.


1. Reservations and Scheduling Software Project
Beginning in December 2008 Access Paratransit will be implementing a new software system for reservations and scheduling in the Southern region.
Riders who book trips in the Southern region will notice that our call takers will have more accurate information to assist them in the reservation process.
Our service contractors will be able to use this information to more effectively schedule and route vehicles. Future phases of this project
include implementing the software in other regions and implementing internet reservations.
While we do not anticipate any significant disruptions during this implementation we appreciate your understanding during the transition.

2. Access Paratransit will be premiering its redesigned website in November 2008 to provide better information
to our customers.
New features include:
Stand Information Directory - A drop-down menu of Access Paratransit’s pick-up and drop-off stands.
Email Notifications Provide us your email address and choose which alerts you wish to receive
by email such as Board meeting notifications or Rider Alerts.
Also, be on the lookout for future additions to the website, including the ability to review your trip history.
